The JIL (JustInLine) library is a recent C++ library under development for the computation with SLPs. It allows users to compile and execute SLPs on the fly on both CPUs and GPUs and both compilation and execution are designed to be very efficient. In this talk, we survey the library, its motivations, applications, and challenges.
